Clicking on a student record opens the student details page with relevant course and progress information.
Detail Sections
Section titled “Detail Sections”Student Details
Section titled “Student Details”Displays name, email, external ID, total study time, first/last activity, study plan status, tags, and visibility status. You can follow/unfollow the student from the top right.
Affiliation Details
Section titled “Affiliation Details”Shows the affiliation information submitted by the student upon first access.
Study Time
Section titled “Study Time”Includes two charts, filtered by section:
- Daily Study Time: Average study time and a line chart of total time per day.
- Unit Study Time: Total time spent per unit and a breakdown by individual units.
Units Performance
Section titled “Units Performance”Shows progress on each course element with module-level drill down and current Exam Day Ready status.
Exams Performance
Section titled “Exams Performance”Displays best attempt scores on each Mini and Simulated Exam.
Exam Tracker
Section titled “Exam Tracker”Lists exam dates and scores submitted by the student.
Licenses
Section titled “Licenses”Lists student licenses and their expiration dates.
