Search and Filters

Use the search box at the top of the screen to quickly find students tracked in your tenant.

Search applies only to a student's first name, last name, or email address and requires at least 3 characters.

Filters​

Click the Filter button to open the filter panel. Available filters include:

  • Tags: Use custom tags to group students. Select multiple tags or choose "Without Tags" to view only untagged students.
  • Study Time: Filter students by time spent in the course using predefined ranges.
  • Licenses: By default, only students with active licenses are shown. You can include those with expired licenses or licenses expiring within 3 months.
  • Purchase Date: Filter by the date the student's course access was purchased. Supports single or range selection.
  • Study Plan Status: Filter by study plan status.
  • Selected Section: Filter students currently studying a specific course section.
  • Last Activity: Filter by activity within the last 30, 60, 90, or 120 days. The default "any" includes students with no activity.
  • Exam Tracker: Filter by a student's current Exam Tracker status.
  • Followed Students: View students you have marked as followed.
  • Include Hidden Students: View hidden students in addition to active ones, or only hidden students.
