List
By default, the list shows all active students currently tracked in your tenant.
At the bottom of the page, you can change the number of records shown per page. The default is 50, but you can increase it to 100 or 250.
You can view the following information in the list:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Last/First Name | Student's full name |
| The email address used by the student in the course | |
| Enrolled | The date the student enrolled in the course |
| Study Plan | The status of the study plan (n/a, on track, or behind schedule) |
| Last Activity | Date of the last course activity |
| Expiration Date | The date when all course licenses expire, or unlimited if the student has unlimited access |
Follow a Student
Click the star icon to the left of each row to follow or unfollow a student.
