Details

When you click on a student record from the list, a student details pane opens from the right side with all the relevant course information.

Detail Sections​

Student Details​

This includes basic student information like name, email, tags, first and last activity date on the course, and its current tenant status (visible or hidden).

At the top is also possible to see his study plan status and total study time. On the top right corner, you can also follow/unfollow the student.

Affiliation Details​

The affiliation information is required when the students access the course for the first time. Here you can see the affiliation information the student has submitted.

Study Time​

The study time in the course is shown using two charts. The data can be displayed for the last 7 days (default) or 30 days, and it’s filtered by section.

  • Daily Study Time: shows the average study time for the period as well as a line chart with the total time spent per day.
  • Unit Study Time: shows the total time spent on the unit study as well as a breakdown of the time spent on each one.

Student Performance​

The student performance shows the student progress on each element of the course with drill down to the module level. It also includes the current Exam Day Ready level for each section.

Exam Tracker​

The Exam Tracker area combines Becker course license information and exam status. You can see for each section of the Becker course when was it purchased and when it’s going to expire, as well exam date and score (if inputted by the student).
