Tags

Tags are used to categorize and organized students into smaller cohorts. They can represent your company structure or your universityclasses. The system is completely flexible and allows you to use it as you see fit.

First level (root) tags cannot be assigned to students, as they are only used to name that group of tags. You can add new root tags by using the New Category button. You can also run the following actions by right-clicking on top of the existing tag with your mouse:

• New: adds a new tag under the selected element.
• Edit: allows renaming the selected element.
• Clone: creates a clone of the selected element. The default name is the original name prefixed with the word “CLONE-”.
• Delete: deletes the selected element.
• Move Students: special actions that allow moving all students from one tag to another. Only available if the selected element has students.
