Tags

Tags are used to categorize and organize students into smaller cohorts. They can reflect your company structure or academic classes. The system is flexible, allowing you to configure tags to suit your specific needs.

Root tags (first-level tags) cannot be assigned directly to students. These serve as containers or categories for sub-tags.

• To add a new root tag, click the New Category button.

Right-click on an existing tag to access the following options:

• New: Add a sub-tag under the selected tag.
• Edit: Rename the selected tag.
• Clone: Create a duplicate of the tag. The default name is the original name prefixed with “CLONE-”.
• Delete: Remove the selected tag.
• Move Students: Move all students from one tag to another. (Only available if the selected tag contains students.)
